Pink Sundae Beauty is a new upcoming brand for a wide variety of beauty services. The client wanted feminine branding with pink warm tones and elegant typography.

After doing some sketches I landed on having the name stacked on top of each other to make it visually balanced. I also decided I wanted to illustrate the sundae word and the 'y' in beauty was perfect. The 'y' simulates the ice cream cone and I drew a sundae illustration on top.

I decided to have a three-colour palette that could be alternated if the client chose to for different applications. I think having an icon that goes with the name of the business makes it versatile because they both successfully represent the business whilst keeping the branding consistent.

 

The logo is simple and elegant with clean lines and defined shapes. The colour palette is feminine, contrasting, and on theme with what the business represents.
